Add 3 Take Away 3

Add to your daily diet:
  1. Every morning, room temp. water with lemon to hydrate and boost your system
  2. Lots of greens to help your digestive system and supply good enzymes
  3. Raw foods to preserve the enzymes highest levels (carrots, celery, peppers, etc.)
Take Away 3:
  1. Sugar
  2.  Dairy products-causes inflammation
  3. Saturated oils - vegetable oil, canola oil (use coconut or extra virgin olive oil)
You will feel so much better when you include good exercise and good rest with a good diet!
