- Every morning, room temp. water with lemon to hydrate and boost your system
- Lots of greens to help your digestive system and supply good enzymes
- Raw foods to preserve the enzymes highest levels (carrots, celery, peppers, etc.)
- Sugar
- Dairy products-causes inflammation
- Saturated oils - vegetable oil, canola oil (use coconut or extra virgin olive oil)
